Penske Truck Leasing Issues $1.75 B in Senior Notes

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. (“PTL”) and its wholly owned subsidiary PTL Finance Corporation today announced that they have issued an aggregate of $1.75 billion in senior notes in two equally sized tranches of notes with three- and five-year maturities. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used to refinance existing PTL debt. The offering was managed by J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities. Penske and Ford Earn European Logistics Excellence Award

Penske and GE Capital Extend PTL Partnership to 2023

Investment Grade Ratings Received from Fitch, Moody’s and S&P

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. (“PTL”) today announced that it has completed a series of transactions that include $700 million of new equity investments from its existing partners, Penske Corporation, Penske Automotive Group and General Electric Capital Corporation, and a new $1.0 billion five-year unsecured senior credit facility with a group of 17 financial institutions.
