Hello,

I just wanted to share that Penske was extremely helpful with my move at the Lehigh street location in Allentown Pennsylvania. I had a wonderful experience and felt comfortable when the young lady helped explain the process and I haven’t had good customer service like that in quite some time. She was extremely knowledgeable and listened closely so she could help me. I would never go elsewhere and I hope everyone knows how great they are and their trucks too. My move has been so stressful and I have to say that when I left that place I had a smile on and just felt good that someone actually tried to help me! This is a great company.
