Penske Truck Leasing Facility Debuts in Garner, N.C.

The newest Penske Truck Leasing facility officially opened its doors in Garner, N.C. this afternoon as part of a grand opening event.

Located in North Carolina’s Triangle region, near Raleigh, the state-of-the-art 12,000 square-foot building was constructed at a cost of $3.3 million.  It sits on 8.5 acres and offers full-service truck leasing, consumer and commercial truck rental and contract maintenance services.  [Read more...]

Lend a Hand Makes Final Stop in Charleston, W.V.

The “Today” show’s Lend a Hand series wrapped up June 17 in Charleston, W.V., culminating a weeklong $9 million charity road trip to benefit U.S. charities.

Penske and “Today” Continue Tour in Birmingham, Ala.

Penske and “Today” continued the show’s Lend a Hand goodwill tour with a stop June 16 in Birmingham, Ala.

Accompanied by four Penske trucks, “Today” co-host Al Roker delivered $1.7 million in donations to The Community Kitchens of Birmingham. This non-profit organization has served the hungry and homeless 365 days a year since 1980. Community Kitchens serves more than 95,000 hot meals annually at its two locations. [Read more...]
